$647 2 bed 2 bath townhouse with one roommate available

Looking for someone to take over my lease from end of February- end of July in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 675 square foot townhouse on the first floor as I will be moving to Miami ASAP. You will be able to start paying rent on the 1st of the next month. As of right now the unit is available to be resigned, so if you end up liking the space you can resign the lease for next year as well. The unit (B) is located on 315 NW 17th St and is a 3 minute walk to midtown and campus. There is an in unit laundry room and dryer. A kitchen with a dishwasher, dining room, living room and a fenced in front yard. Pet are allowed. Rent is $647 a month plus utilities which would be split with the other female roommate that I currently live with. Utilities average about $150 per person a month. There is parking available for an extra price monthly, plenty of street parking available, and also a parking lot for the leasing office with free parking available right next to the unit. It is dog, cat and pet friendly. There is no security deposit and you will be taking over my lease through the leasing office.
