Hi! My name is Jolee and I need to sublease my space at The Collective for 2023-2024 (starting Aug. 12th 2023). The unit is a furnished 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse. Rent is $904, including the Technology fee, Valet Trash, and Furniture Rent. Utilities are separate but are split between the unit. The Collective is also pet-friendly. You will not be able to get this price for rent if you try to lease now!



The entry level of the house has a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, shaker cabinets, sleek black appliances, a storage closet, and full size washer & dryer. The bedrooms each have a large walk in closet, plush carpeting, ceiling fans, and a bathroom.

Community Amenities: private campus shuttle, resort-style pool, hot-tub, fire pit, grilling and picnic stations, 24-hour fitness center, full-court volleyball, dog park, business lounge with printer access, private study rooms, community wifi, game room (foosball & ping-pong), limited access gate, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and an on-site management team.
