This unit is a 5-minute walk from campus and a 3-minute walk to 13th Street (main hill strip).
It is a single-person unit with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and connecting bathroom.
The front door, laundry, and driveway are shared with a second unit, rent is (negotiable) $2100 per month, wifi, utilities, and parking are included.
The unit will be left furnished and I can leave anything else you might need (i.e.. vacuum, toaster, TV, kitchenware) if needed.
