1×1 Relet at UCentre at Fry

I am looking for someone to relet my lease at U Centre at Fry.....The unit is a private 1X1....not shared. Inside the unit is a washer and Dryer. There is also a Patio. It is a first floor unit, patio faces the courtyard.....U Centre is a gated secure property, is safe. Lease ends July 31, 2023.....but can be renewed. If interested let me know asap.
