1 BEDROOM, SHARED BATHROOM: 2023-24

Property Description

I am a student at Penn State - University Park and am looking for someone to take over my lease for 2023-2024 (August 2023-July 2024) at the Tremont. I signed a lease for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom (standard) at the rate of $545.

I have not been assigned roommates yet, but you would be living with 3 other residents. You have your own bedroom; however, you’ll share common areas and a bathroom with one other person.

Basic appliances and furniture are provided already. Included in your rent is water, waste water, trash/recycling, and Internet. Electric is not included in the rate of $545 and would be an additional cost. The average cost for electric is about $50 a person for the month. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment for use.

The address for this apartment is 201 Vario Blvd, behind Walmart (off campus). There is a bus pass included to gain access to campus transportation.

This apartment complex offers amenities (gym, pool, recreational courts, free parking and more).
