I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease starting January 1st 2024-July 15th 2024. It is a house in the fort on Highland Ave and 17th avenue. There’s a total of 7 girls living there in the house. My room is on the bottom floor and you share a bathroom with 1 other girl. The rent is $675 a month per person with utilities around $50-80 per person and wifi being around $25 per person. It is a 5-minute walk to campus and there’s two UT bus stops close by to get on as well. There is a parking lot in the back that is just for this house.
