Hi my name is Elizabeth and I am subleasing my room in the coming Spring 2023 semester! This house is in a great location on the hill and is a less than a 7 minute walk from campus! Each room has a separate keypad door locks along with each entrance to the house. This house is equipped with many other safety precautions as well. Im leaving it completely furnished including the bed, bedside table, area rug, desk, and mirror. We have a great front porch and balcony, accessible to every unit, with a view of the mountains! We have two kitchens, three baths, and a great open living and dining room! There are two washers and dryers and parking spots available for rent in the back.
