Lease duration would be from June 16th until September 16th (flexible).

It is a very spacious apartment (2 stories) that can very easily fit 2 people. The apartment will be fully furnished except for a bed and a few appliances (flexible). The apartment is incredibly close to campus as I walk to all my classes everyday (I do not pay for a campus parking pass, save money).

The apartment has off street parking and a parking spot is included. Coin op laundry is on site with 4 washers and dryers. Laundromat also down the street.
