Furnished bedroom + private bath available from October 30th for $850/month including most utilities (except electricity). The first $80 of the electric bill is covered by the Arrows, and the remainder is split evenly among four roommates. The rent is lower than the listed rent cost at the Arrows as she got the apt by relet from the previous tenant; The rent for other tenants in this apt is $950.

Apartment layout is the ‘4 Bedroom Lodge’ with three female roommates. All are engineering majors who are very tidy and respectful. Located about 10-15 min walking distance from campus and grocery. The apartment is fully furnished, with in unit laundry. Arrow amenities include free Wi-Fi (including inside the apartments), meeting/work spaces, fitness center, pool + hot tub, parking; covered parking also available.

The lease runs through the end of July 2024. Unit is in great condition. This is for ‘Bedroom A’ which has a stunning view. We’re happy to do an in-person or virtual tour for serious inquiries.
