Hello everyone! I'm reletting a private 1 bed/bath in a 4x4 T unit at the Marshall for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year and need someone ASAP. The base rent is $1049 and is a 10-month term. Utilities are separate the total would be split among the roommates. The apartment is also fully furnished with in unit washing/drying.
You would be living with three other guys (sophomores) and the lease will start on September 1st, 2023, and end on June 30th, 2024.
The Marshall is renovating their gym and lobby area along with the study center and community area.
Please let me know if you have any questions about anything! Only reason I am looking to sublease is because I'm transferring.
