4x4 apartment for rent at Union on Fletcher right by USF Tampa location.
The lease is from August 19th 2023-July 31st 2024. It is $910 a month as the base rent.
I pay for a parking spot in the garage which is $60 extra a month. If you do not want to keep the parking spot you can park right across the street for free or in the visitor parking spaces in the front.
Pets are welcome! There is a $30 monthly pet fee but if you get your animal registered as an emotional support animal they will waive your monthly pet fee and 1st time pet fee of $300 i highly recommend doing this.
You will have a walk in closet, large private bathroom and bedroom included with a desk, bed, and dresser.
The kitchen has two refrigerators so only two people have to share instead of all four roommates sharing one.
There is also a balcony and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. There is an in unit washer and dryer as well in every apartment.
There is a large pool with 2 grills, 2 hammocks, and 2 canopies. A courtyard with 2 fire pits. A large dog area. There is a study room located on every floor with white boards included. There is also a computer room with free printing access which is very helpful for school assignments. There is a two story gym and a yoga stretching room as well. There is also overnight security from 10pm-5am. Free coffee and tea every morning in the clubhouse and the front office are very sweet and helpful.
I like to be completely transparent and I hope my description is informative. I recommend going on a tour of the apartment if you can. It is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures online.
