My roommate and I are looking to sublease two of the three bedrooms in our top floor unit at The Harbor apartments. Our unit in particular has a very nice top floor lake view and all furnishings come included. The rent is $890 a month and comes with, internet, water, sewer, recycling, washer & dryer, and access to the gym and all amenities. A free membership to The Cove (lazy river waterpark) is included with your unit and two free additional guest passes anytime you go. The staff is also very friendly and helpful here and work hard to put on fun resident events through the year. The Harbor is only around a year old so everything is still very updated and new, pets are also welcomed. We really enjoyed living at The harbor but need to sublease due to moving schools.
