I am looking for someone to sublease my 2bd/2ba apartment beginning ASAP through August 2023. I absolutely LOVE this apartment, but I was relocated for my job and I am now in a different state.
I am looking for someone who wants to take over the apartment through my lease and wants to move in very soon. The market rate is now $1789, but you will pay what I signed onto my lease for at $1729/month.
Includes water/sewer/trash/recycling. Tenant must pay Electric/Gas/Internet. Includes a reserved parking spot in a heated, underground garage, which is great in the snow! There is an elevator and an Amazon Hub inside of the building where packages get delivered. You get a key fob to enter into the building and anyone entering must dial your code and get let in, which helps keep traffic down. Amenities include a pool, fitness room, fire pit, and community room.
It's been a great, quiet community and I am sad to be leaving it! Management and maintenance have been great so far and always responds very quickly to requests.
A washer and dryer are included through the apartment complex inside of the unit.
