Hi everyone, I am looking to sublease a 2x2 C at the Larkon42nd: https://larkon42nd.com/photo-tour/ from August 2023 to July 2024.

Rent on my contract is $959 per month; broken down as such:

--> $10/month for the upper floor plan premium: Flat screen TV in each bedroom and privacy of the upper levels.

--> $949/month for the monthly rent. Far below Lark's current 2x2 pricing due to early contract signing!

The $600 administrative fee has already been paid for!

The entire unit is open, can come as an individual or as a pair with your roomate.
I am also willing to discuss other incentives with you as I am looking terminate my lease ASAP!
