Hello! We are a group of exchange students who are only here until the end of the Fall semester in December 2022!
We are looking for people to take over our lease from December 18 onwards, and the lease will be till July 26 2023.
As Atlas on 17th is a new apartment, we are the first residents and you'll be the second! Everything is pristinely clean, the apartment is fully furnished with all the required furniture and appliances, and the housing community is geared with lots of facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, hot tub, study rooms and more! You can refer to their website to see what they offer! It is also only 15 mins away from IU via Bus 11! They also provide free late night shuttle buses to the bars and Kroger on the weekends.

The price stated on the website right now is $904 per person monthly, however, as we signed on with a promotion, the lease you will be taking over is only $834 per month per person!
