Barracks Townhouse

Looking for someone to sublease my room in the barracks! Rent is 625/month and utilities and internet average $75. Starting January 1st to July 14th. I will PAY FIRST MONTH if you sign by December 1st!!!!
I am graduating this semester and need someone to take over my lease on January 1st. The house is a 4x4 with a private bathroom and closet attached to each room. Three guys are in the other bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, backyard, porch, large kitchen with 20 cabinets, spacious communal living room, and a great water heater (never have to worry about cold showers). You will also have access to the Cove (barracks pool), parks and trails, and a bus stop nearby to get to campus. The barrack is also pet friendly.
