Looking for 1-2 people to sublease for the spring semester!
The house is about a 15 minute walk to campus and a 10 minute walk to Franklin St.
Parking included.
The room is currently a double and you would be sharing the house with 5 other female housemates who are clean and welcoming. The bathroom with this room would also be shared with some of the other housemates.
Currently with two people sharing the room, the rent is $463 each (with one person, the rent would be doubled). We will also help connect two people to share the room if interested!
