I'm looking to lease out my 4 by 2 apartment at city parc at fry street from May 20th to the end of July, as i’ll be out of town for the summer. It is currently occupied by two girls, plus me ==Three. The rent price is $699 per month.The apartment is pretty much furnished and my roommates are super clean and quiet as well.

CIty Parc is just a 7 minutes walk to campus, the shuttles also run right by it so incase you still don’t want to work.
It’s also a 5 min walk to fry street, close enough but still able to avoid the noise and disturbance at night.
