-Three tenants in unit but only one other will be there in Spring 2023 (Roommate is male)
-Large common space and lots of parking for tenants and guests
-Utilities are not included in rent but utilities have already been set up by me and my roommate (I would require reimbursement for utility costs so you don't have to set them up yourself)
-Unit close to clubhouse which has gym, pool, and printer
