Hello, I am a grad student and I will be doing externship clinical rotations in the Spring, SO I will be moving in December. The apartment complex is Hawks Ridge -- only a mile from Kinnick and close to Walmart!

Rent is $580 a month, with a GARAGE parking spot (no more snow/ice scraping) for an additional $30, but there is plenty of parking regardless.

There is a bus you can take to campus, a gym, basketball court, tanning beds, grill and hot tub all on site — plus you don’t have to go outside or walk too far to take out the trash 😍

You would share the apartment with future roommates (if you know 1-3 other people you’d like to live with you, that is also an option!!)

This sublease would be from January 2023 - July 2023 but odds are you’ll love it so much you’ll sign a new lease 🤪
