Looking for someone to sublease my apartment to in East Lansing as I am no longer living there.
The lease ends on October 31st.
Trash is $5
Water and gas are prorated
Electricity is prorated (through Consumers Energy)
Internet is through Comcast/Xfinity
Pets are allowed, there is a flat $200 fee for pets and an additional $30 monthly fee.
