Female Sublease at The Standard Tampa

Property Description

I am looking for a female to sublease my apartment at the Standard right next to USF. Rent is $920 a month + parking (45$). This is a 4x4 apartment and with this lease you would have my private bedroom and bathroom, and my parking spot which is very close to the unit inside the parking garage.
The other girls who live here are all USF undergrad students and are very clean, do not party, and they are very chill and helpful roommates.
The kitchen is fully supplied with plenty of cabinet space, and we have a really cool living room set up. The bedroom comes furnished with a two tier desk, a bedside table, and a bed frame and full size blue mattress. The bathroom is very spacious and had plenty of storage under the sink and a large towel rack.
No pets please.
The apartment amenities are super nice, the office is very helpful at answering questions and handling mail, and the maintenance team is quick to respond. I have really enjoyed living here.
