This space is truly special and because I am taking a break from my practice, I am offering this opportunity for a sub-lease.

Here are the details:

1- One gorgeous, modern healing room with large ceilings, sound panels on one wall for extra quiet. No windows; it feels super open, cozy and high vibe.

2 - Wireless speaker hanging from the ceiling allows you to play music via Bluetooth (if you choose to) for your clients.

3- One gorgeous modern light fixture which is dimmable. Temperature all year round is regulated.

4 - The super delicious French bakery, Vienne, is on the first floor which means you and your clients will love to be here even more!

5 - Shared small kitchen area with washer/dryer

6 - Filtered water and tea available for you and your clients.

I can sublease on a day rate basis, and a lease takeover after you get to know the space would be great.

- Day rate (this means you commit to the same day of the week for a month at a time): $160 per day per month
- example: If you wanted, say, Fri thru Sun, you'd pay $160 x 3 = $480 for the month to have the space every Fri - Sat for that month.
- The monthly lease is $1,000/month, if you want to take it over.
