Hello everyone, I am still looking for someone (preferably a female) to take my lease over at the HUB.
The lease would start now and run through the end of august 2023. If you want to only lease till the end of the Spring semester, that is okay too. Also, I will cover the subleasing fee.
The rent is $750/month.
Location: 918 E Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI, 48823.

Fully-furnished, in-unit washer/dryer, Pet friendly, Modern kitchen appliances, shared bedroom and bathroom, shared large living room and kitchen area. You get the window side.

Payment through an organized website (all your documents and alerts/messages will be here!) quick 24hr maintenance, friendly office and much more!!
You will have 2 female roommate, all are very kind and welcoming people. They keep the apartment tidy.
