I have one room in a 3 bed, 3 bath at The Quarters available from August 1-July 15. The room I’m trying to get rid of is in a unit with 2 girl roommates, but the complex has told me that if I find a guy who is interested, they could be placed in a guys unit if you’d prefer.

I was going to live there next year, but found a better opportunity back in my home town to continue my education, so I’m really trying to get out of my lease as soon as possible. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the place.

Rent is $560/month + utilities, but it’s split by room, so any electricity and water you use in your room is only charged to you. Shared spaces (living room & kitchen) are divided up evenly. The complex comes with many perks and lots of amenities. They have a pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, game/lounge area, and a golf simulator, just to name a few. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and the room I’m giving up has a large closet! All apartments come with free WiFi, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. The apartment would be on the ground level, so you wouldn’t have to worry about stairs.

I’m willing to pay $100 of first months rent to whoever takes over my spot. I just really need to get this figured out ASAP! Please let me know if you’re interested or have any questions.
