Hi! I am urgently looking for a girl to sublease my room for FALL 2023 in a 1,251 square feet Knollwood Condominium with my 2 roommates. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The total rent is $1,802, but divided by the 3 roommates should be around $600 a month (probably less). Utilities are not included, but that will only be around an additional $30 depending on how much you use. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 roommate, but you will have your own room. The place is not furnished, but I will be paying for any group furniture items that are bought, so you will not have to worry about this. My roommates are SUPER clean and are looking for a clean roommate as well. They are outgoing and love spending a good night out, but also are so down for a chill night in. Lastly, the CRC bus is only a few minute walk from the condo, so it is convenient to get to classes. Please let me know if you are interested as I need to find someone on a time crunch.
