I'm looking to sublease my room at the Lark • you'd get 1 BR/1 BA in a 4BR/4BA apartment for $430/ month + electric which is usually $40, everything else (water, internet, etc) is included. Lark has a bunch of great amenities like pools, on site gym, study rooms, etc. There is a one time $200 subleasing fee.( I'd help pay) The apartment is on Burbank Dr., so its a good, central location in BR. The girls that live there are really sweet btw! There are also two small, trained dogs in the unit, but they stay in their owner's space ( very quiet honestly) Lmk if you're interested * ! I'm trying to sublease after I graduate this semester since I plan on moving. The lease would be from January to July 27th.
