Lease transfer in The Standard

Hi! I am currently an exchange student at U of M, originally from Germany. Since I got a 12 month lease when I got here, I am looking to transfer my lease, starting in January. My apartment unit is located in The Standard in Ann Arbor. It's a perfect location right on Main Street and close to campus. The room and apartment is fully furnished, with heating, A/C and many other amenities (gym, pool, studyroom) in the house. The room has its own bathroom.

I currently live with three other guys, who will be staying in the apartment. I pay $1,550/month for rent, utilities not included. Please reach out if you have questions or if you are interested in the apartment.
