looking for a FEMALE roommate,
rent is $685 a month if you already have your own property insurance.
Unit A has its own on-suite bathroom.
There would only be one other female roommate during the time of lease
right across from Hullaballoo Hall so it's very close to campus. GREAT for someone who does not have a car. The walls are solid cement so there is not any distracting noise at night considering its proximity to Northgate.
Amenities include but are not limited to, a two-story gym, rooftop pool, computer and resident lounge, virtual golf simulator, and tanning beds/sauna.
