Hello, I'm currently looking for someone to sublease my room starting from January till the end of July. I live in a quiet neighborhood in a fairly new 4 bed, 2 bathroom home with 4 roommates. It is a 5 minute drive to TWU and a 12 minute drive from UNT. I am preferably looking for a student, male or female. Dog friendly only, no cats. Rent with utilities is around $680. .
