I am looking for a girl to take over my room lease for a 4x4 large apartment lease at Park West for next school year. My room has it’s own bathroom, as well as a spacious closet. Everything is included in the $635/month rent, and the apartment is fully furnished! The rent online right now is currently $810/month, but if you take over my lease, you’ll be saving almost 200 a month! The roommates are super sweet and love to spend time with one another!
