Myself and two housemates are looking for someone to sublease a LARGE room in our house June 1st - August 31st of this year. We live in a safe neighborhood by laguna lake with a good mix of families and college students. The laguna village shopping center (grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, etc.) is within walking distance and there is a bus stop about a block from the house as well! The room has a large closet and sliding door, as well as a separate entry from the side of the house. The kitchen was recently remodeled, the backyard was just re-landscaped, there is a large garage, and plenty of street parking as well as a driveway that can fit 4 cars. Rent is $925, utilities est. ~$75-100/month.
