I am trying to sublet my one bedroom/bathroom at Fremont Station Apartments located in Flagstaff, Arizona. There are three other bedrooms within the apartment occupied. There is a kitchen, living room, and balcony that is shared amongst roommates. It is fully furnished. The bedroom comes with a desk, dresser, desk, and desk chair. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and there is a closet located within the bathroom. The living room comes with a living room table, couch, and TV stand. In the kitchen, there is barstool seating (totaling 4 barstools), fridge, microwave, oven, stainless steel sink, dishwasher and electric stovetop. There is A/C and heating. The apartment also comes with a washer and a dryer. The apartment I live in also has vaulted ceilings which gives the illusion of a bigger space. Fremont has a dog park, a 5 story parking garage, a sauna, tanning beds, business center and conference rooms, a fitness center, a steam room, a 24 hour clubhouse, on-site management, on-site maintenance, outdoor gathering areas, free WIFI, printers and free internet. It also has the largest hot tub in Flagstaff! The apartment is also less than half a mile away from NAU. While geared towards students, all are welcome!
