Your roomies would be one female and two males, single professionals in our 30's living here in separate rooms.

Not a big party house, but we will occasionally host kickbacks or grill together on the back patio. MJ is an amazing chef!

Requirements:
- Decent hygiene
- Relatively clean, although the more clean the better. :)
- Security deposit + first month's rent ($1,800 total)
- References of past roommates or landlord if requested
- Must have steady reliable income
- No criminal record. (must be okay with us running a background and credit check on you)

Expectations:
- You clean up after yourself in the common shared spaces.
- You contribute your part with some household chores and maintaining clean shared spaces.
- You have a friendly vibe and communicate clearly and maturely if any issues arise
- You are respectful of everyone else and their belongings in the house and the shared spaces.
- Pay rent on time.
