Master bedroom in Atlantic Beach

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my part of a lease that ends middle/end July.

I have the master in a 3/2.5. My portion of the rent is $1000 and then whatever the monthly utilities are (JEA is around 40 Wifi is around 25).

We are located in Atlantic Beach, about a mile walk to the ocean. I’m posting photos of when we moved in so you don’t have to see my personal furniture but will send more photos over DM if interested and we can chat more!
