Hello! Welcome to my listing of this apartment located at iMansion (604 N. Smith Road #105). I was really looking forward to moving into this apartment because of the security features, the modern design, and the location. Unfortunately, my current situation requires me to find this apartment a new person.

The apartment is a corner unit with 550 square feet. The lease is June 16, 2023-May 31 2024, and it's a 1 year lease. Since this is a relet instead of a sublease, you'll get to sign a new lease in your name! TO SWEETEN THE POT, I'M WILLING TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR THE MOVE-IN COSTS (application, reconditioning, and administration fees) VIA FACEBOOK META PAY OR VENMO.

Here is what sold me on the apartment earlier this year before my circumstances changed:

1) It's located northeast of IU and is within walking distance of campus. Campus bus routes and Bloomington Transit are close to the building.
2) The apartment has a modern style and a lot of natural lighting from the big windows in the living room and bedroom. The neighborhood in this area is beautiful and quiet, too.
3) It's fully furnished with all new stainless-steel appliances, and it comes with a bed and bed frame, couch, desk and chairs, a dresser, a coffee table, and an in-unit washer and dryer at no additional cost.
4) Parking is free and off street.
5) It's dog and cat friendly with no breed restrictions.
6) The rent is $1,040/mo. There is a $25/mo fee for water, sewer, trash, and internet and a $15/mo fee for the technology features (security system, building and apartment key fob, smartphone controlling lights and thermostat).
7) The credit lift program ($6/mo) that raises your credit score and the damage waiver program ($13/mo) that is cheaper and easier than finding renter's insurance.
