I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the upcoming Spring 2023 semester (January – July) at the Valley Apartments at State College, located at 870 Toftrees Ave. The rent is only $775 per month. The apartment is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so you have your own bathroom within your private room, as well as a large walk-in closet. Fully furnished with washing machine and dryer. Free parking is included with your very own numbered space in the front row, right outside the door. There is also a free bus pass included that takes you just about anywhere on campus or downtown. Several amenities included such as a gym, pool, lounge, and study rooms.
