Newton Road Sublease - Near dental, medical schools

I am a graduating medical student, and I have a summer sublease available that would be great for an incoming medical/dental/PT student or someone doing summer research.
My apartment is a one-bedroom located at 1054 Newton Road. This is only a 0.5 mile walk from the medical school! I am asking a discounted rate of $1200 for the summer including all utilities and reserved parking, which is pretty good for a private 1BR in this location. There is central air, a large walk in closet, free laundry right outside the front door, and a storage unit included. I can offer some furniture including a desk, microwave, and bed frame if needed. I am planning to move out the week of May 15 and the lease ends July 29.
