Howdy! I am looking to sublease my private room from May 26 - July 31! The move-in date is negotiable. It is at Northpoint crossing which is within easy walking distance from the TAMU campus, and there is also a bus that comes here. This room is normally priced from 850-930 but my rent is 599(not including electricity)! It is fully furnished and has great amenities including a top-notch gym and pool. There is a lot of room in the apartment and it is quiet. I have truly enjoyed living here.
