OFFERING A SUBLEASE / TEMPORARY LEASE TAKEOVER SPRING 2024!

I am offering a sublease or a temporary lease takeover of my private room and bathroom at Quarters on Nueces (2300 Nueces St Austin, TX, 78705) ! It is a very comfortable 4x4 with 3 very cool college aged female roommates!

I do not have a car or pet, so I do not pay any additional costs for this!
I am looking to sublease my room from JANUARY 1st to JUNE 1st.

I am studying abroad in the spring and am looking for a college female to take over my lease!

Quarters on Nueces is in an extremely good location as it is less than a 3 minute walk from UT campus! This apartment is situated in West Campus.

The monthly cost is as follows:
$1,065 / month

Lease takeover fee: $250

Payment for electricity/water is separate but it is approximately $25 per person (depending on usage).
