One bedroom sharing appsrtment

I am a student in Bluegrass Community and Technical College currently living in stretch sharing 4 bedroom Appartment with 2 other girl . My lease ends in august 2023 ( it can be extended)
. Due to some situation i have to move to another state with college transfer. I am looking for someone to take over my place , I WILL BE LEAVING FROM 8th of december ,or you can come starting of January .

NOTE: dec rent will be paid by me .

Rent is 495 per month . Bathroom/ toilet is private and kitchen is sharing.
Lease can be extended once you take over . Please let me know if you or your friend is interested .
