Hey everyone! I am looking to sublease my unit at Lux13 Apartments ASAP! Rent is $644 without utilities (with utilities, it's a little over $700). I live in a 3x3 on the 2nd floor with two awesome young ladies who have been a pleasure to live with. One of them owns a medium-sized dog. The unit contains a furnished bedroom, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The apartment contains high-speed internet (included in the $644) and contains a washer and dryer.
For a little over 4 years, I have enjoyed access to amenities at Lux13 such as the 24/7 gym, the study room, the computer lab with free printing, and free parking. Moreover, Lux13 is only a short driving distance away from places like Winn Dixie, Office Depot, Dollar General, Publix, Luxury Nails (an AMAZING nail salon), Swamp Boil (a Vietnamese-Cajun restaurant), Ross, Burlington, Wawa, the Gainesville Regional Airport, the Greyhound Bus Station and many more. It has been a blessing to stay at Lux13 for all my four years of college at UF. While it's bittersweet, I would hope that moving out would give another young lady the opportunity to benefit from my space.
I plan to be moved out by October 31st so move-in would be available by November 1st and the lease ends on 7/31/2023. Please message me if you're interested!
