Property Description

Looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease from January 2023-July 2023. It’s a private room and private bathroom in a 3 bed 3 bath house. Rent is $550 plus utilities that are split between the other 2 roommates. Utilities are usually around $100. It’s close to campus and downtown. I have no issues with the other roommates or the house, plans have just changed! One of the girls does have a cat, but other pets are not allowed.
