Hi, everyone! I'm looking to sub-let my apartment at Evergreen Apartments starting in January for this spring and summer semester. The apartment is a 2 bed/ 2 bath, and it is shared with one other girl. The apartment is great, but I will be graduating in December!

Rent is 790/ month! Power and water is not included, but it split with other roommate. It is fully furnished. If you or anyone you know is looking for an apartment then, let me know!
