I am looking for someone to sublease my private room for the 23'-24' school year starting this Fall at Lark Northgate
- There is a private room, bathroom, and walk-in closet
- Fully furnished living room and bedroom
- Wifi-access
- Only a 5-minute walk from campus and access to bus route 15 ( Old Army)
- Rent is $959 + electricity (all other utilities included in the rent!)
(The current rate for a bedroom at Lark is around $990 and will continue to increase, you would be getting my fixed $959 rate with my sublease!)
- On-site gated parking garage with a $25 dollar fee if interested
- Pet Friendly
- On-site amenities include a rooftop pool, coffee bar, courtyard, gym, and study rooms
- There is currently no roommate assigned to the other room, however, roommates are assigned through a detailed personality test
