Hello! I’m subleasing a 1 bedroom apartment in a 2 bedroom apartment, I need someone to take over my lease asap at the Midtown apartments. It’s in a great location and they offer many amenities, but I unfortunately I will not be there for the Fall. Rent is already paid for all of August, so you won’t have to worry about rent until September 1st!
