Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease of a private bedroom and bathroom in a 5 bed 5 bath apartment from Mid-March, 2023, to July 31, 2023. The apartment is located near the North Campus of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
· Original rent is $958/month, but now for $750 for the private bedroom and bathroom.
· Pets ALLOWED on property provided they are registered and approved by the leasing agency. Necessary fees have to be paid.
· Fully furnished house and room; full-size bed, closet and under bed storage drawers, plenty of storage, desk, sofa, chair
· 12ft x 12ft room with a private bathroom. Window with good daylighting. Another 3 room is occupied by 3 U-M grad students.
· Convenient shuttles from the clubhouse to the north campus, south campus, and groceries, etc are easily accessible.
· Gas and electricity depending on usage.
· Utilities included (water, laundry, sewer, and trash).
· Parking space included.
