1 bedroom in 4 beds 4 baths. I currently live in a top floor apartment at Quarry Trail and I'm looking for someone to sub-lease it for next semester. You have your own room and bathroom, both of which are spacious. The apartment comes with all the appliances you could ask for, like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, ☢ microwave and oven. It also comes fully furnished, with things like a desk, chair, and bed for your room and things like a sofa, chair, and 📺 tv stand (that currently holds a 4k 📺 tv) for the living room. The apartment also contains a balcony with two chairs. The management at Quarry Trail is very helpful and kind. They are very quick to cater to your needs and I've never had any issues with them. My roommates are awesome 👨 guys who are very respectful of personal space and are very 🎇clean. If you are interested, please reach out to me using my number or email.
