My daughter is graduating! Looking to re-let her apartment as she will be gone as of May 14th. A standard bedroom is available in Skyview for Summer! The location is 1 W Runke Drive, She is on the 1st floor. Take over lease for 2.5 months (Or just 2 months if needed). Private bedroom with an individual locking door, large closet, private bathroom, in-unit laundry, shared living room and kitchen, and an awesome 24-hour gym. The room comes with a bed, desk, chair, dresser, and nightstand.
Looking for a female roommate who is clean and respectful. There are 3 other female roommates. This housing is for NAU students, so you must be a student to live here!
Rent is $834 per month. Utilities are split between roommates and are usually less than $20 per month per person. Move in May 15th (pro-rated rent) or negotiable for a June 1st move-in, the lease is up at the end of July 2023.
