Roommate Demographics: 2 Girls, 1 Guy. All have graduated and is either a grad student or pre-med. Quiet and clean.

$609 a month for rent. Utilities range from $40-$90 a month. Wifi is included within rent. Free and ample parking. Washer and dryer in unit. Working and functional kitchen. Apartment is fully furnished. Apartment is non-smoking. Neither myself nor roommates have pets within apartment, however, apartment is pet friendly for a one-time fee or ESA.

Redpoint has multiple amenities including a pool, 24 hr gym, multiple study rooms, theater/game room, pool tables, basketball court, etc. Staff is super friendly, and the area is really safe.

Room B comes equipped with a built in desk, chair, two dressers, and a night stand. The closet is walk-in with plenty of storage and accessible within the bathroom.

Commute to campus is around 8 -15 minutes depending on the time of day and the driver. Close proximity to Oaks Mall and Butler Plaza (around 10 minutes), but nestled away from main road.
